• Basic details: name, contact number, email

• Education details: highest qualification, grades/GPA, intended subject/route, preferred location/intake

• English preparation details: IELTS/English level (optional)

• Minors: parent/guardian contact details and basic verification (where applicable)

 

2) Purpose of processing

• Consultation booking and delivery

• UK route diagnosis and preparation planning

• Checklist guidance and procedural support

• Procedural communication support with institutions (where applicable)

 

3) Retention and security

IAAG retains data only for as long as necessary for the stated purpose and applies reasonable measures to protect personal data.
